I picked up a Too Good To Go yesterday and it had six pomegranates among many other fruits and veggies (all for 4 euros). Most of the stuff I have a plan for but really not sure what do with with all the pomegranates. Most recipes seem to be using them more as a topping and I’ll never use them all that way.
Any tips appreciated :)
Only six? Compost them. You can’t do anything with six, if you had seven, well the world is your oyster.
Juice and drink it.
Use it in Salsa.
If that’s not your thing, cook it down with some sugar and optionally lemon juice. Use that for marinating tofu and meat, in Vinagrette, on ice cream, in mixed drinks.
Pomegranate curd tart or bars. https://realitybakes.com/pomegranate-curd-and-orange-tarts/
I’d just eat one a day until they were gone

I’d probably use each in a different way. Make fruit salad, sprinkle onto a salad, top on hummus, etc.
