If no one is doing anything about it, maybe Nashville is that. The racists are really a problem that can be fixed aside from removing them all. The real problem is those people standing with their backs to that and ignoring it.
It absolutely is, when I lived there the urbanites just pretended it was only the rednecks, “you know, the ones who live in the boonies”, even while being just as racist and virulently segregationist as possible.
Oh,but they have a black friend at work, so, clearly we all misunderstood completely.
