Are the trans kids allowed to sue for same? If they don’t feel safe with the tiny cis-bigots, can they sue for a bathroom(s) of their own?

Bigotry is not genetic, it is learned. I question the morality of their parents, their community leaders, to a lesser extent their teachers, and to a larger extent their school admin and school board.

“allowed to sue” just means they can try it - doesn’t mean they’ve actually got a shot. Let’s see what their case looks like…

“Petitioner is a practicing Catholic who believes that God created each person as male or female, that the complementary sexes reflect the image of God, that sex cannot be altered, and that rejection of one’s biological sex is a rejection of the image of God in that person,” the lawsuit reads.

Not gonna say it won’t work, cuz our courts are dumb as shit sometimes, but she’s literally asking a judge to enforce her religion on another student. That’s unconstitutional as fuck.

That last line is hilariously irrelevant.

No one gives a fuck if your god is offended except you!

Petitioner is a practicing bigot who wants to abuse secular courts to force everyone to follow the rules set out in their favorite fan fiction.

Any judge siding with petitioner would be in violation of their oath to uphold the constitution and as such should be immediately impeached, disrobed* and disbarred.

*no, not in that way, ya perv! 😛

Why do you care who shits in the stall next to you?

The only reason I care about another person being in the bathroom with me is that they sometimes think it’s okay to talk to me in there. It is not.

Because boys/mens rooms dont get just stalls, they have to stand side by side and pee in a trough sometimes, privacy is forbidden

IMO just make all bathrooms gender neutral and put stalls in all mens rooms

Have you ever looked down to see what the person next to you is peeing with? I haven’t, nor do I know why I should care. I’m pissing next to them, not fucking them.

Why should their delicate sensibilities be catered to?

Also, if someone was checking out my penis while I was pissing, that would be highly inappropriate, especially in a school.

You mean like putting a divider between urinals? Because that already exists as an option. Then no one can look at your precious little Mr. Happy.

Trans men generally use a stall anyway, what with usually lacking what they need in order to use a urinal.

And plenty of cis men also sit down in a stall if they need to urinate.

So men do have that privacy. Even trans men. The problem here is that you don’t think trans men are men.

Sometimes, and even then its usually paltry as an actual intrusion-prevention-device> The funniest is when there is a mirror directly across from the urinals, dividers dont do shit then lol

Trans men generally use a stall anyway, what with usually lacking what they need in order to use a urinal.

I know OP is about trans, but Ive not mentioned anything regardging cis/trans because imo it doesnt matter. everyone should have the same right to privacy in a bathroom, therefore gender neutral bathrooms make a lot of sense.

And plenty of cis men also sit down in a stall if they need to urinate.

True! But there are inherently less stalls in a mens room BECAUSE of the urinals.

So men do have that privacy. Even trans men. The problem here is that you don’t think trans men are men.

Again, this has nothing to do with trans, youre shoving that into my comments.

Who you share the restroom with is less of a problem than the fact you have to share in the first place

Is sharing it a problem? I didn’t realize there was any sort of issue with the existence of public restrooms.
