Although that being said, the richest people on the planet tend to be complete fucking imbeciles themselves (Elon Musk, Bill Gates, Tim Cook, etc.)

I wouldn’t necessarily say third world, as that would imply the rich would be losing money as well, but I understand what you mean.

Third world countries can have rich people, too. Usually the government officials.
Third world countries have some ridiculously rich people.
