    No, you only need to abide by the laws of your locality. Just like within your own country in different states or counties. I can’t buy alcohol on Sunday morning in my town, but I can if I drive to the next town over.

      OK but let’s say its a horrible crime like murder. Let’s say elon musk creates a dumb fucking nation in the middle of the sea. Imagine he builds a floating poonton with a flag and a dell computer in the corner dangerously close to the edge and declares murder is legal. So some guy drives their tesla out there, murders a bunch of other idiots and drives back. Is the country just letting them back in?
