I see the chicken size post, and match you this pathetic excuse of ‘food’. US penny for scale.

That’s not a wing, that’s a drumstick. Can confirm, not only did I take the photo, I also ate it.

Yeah, no. It’s a wing that got mixed into your order, like getting a fry in your onion rings.

It’s not an uncommon occurrence, especially at places where the employees aren’t paid enough to give a fuck.

Except the order was a 12 piece legs and thighs. Was no accident that they gave us 6 of these janky wannabe ‘legs’.

I’m completely with you. I got KFC (just breasts and legs) and these were the legs I got. My only explanation is that the other comments in this thread are right and we got scammed because it’s “close enough”

I’m gathering that as well, and we should all take this knowledge and spread the news.

It’s also possible that it’s a case of the employees not giving a fuck. Otherwise KFC would have to be buying pullets from the poultry farmers, which doesn’t make much sense from a financial standpoint for either side.

Regardless, I highly doubt it’s intentional.

The drummette is the chickens “upper arm.” The wing part you’re used to with the two thin bones is the chicken’s forearm, the tip is like the hand.

Oh? Then it most definitely was not a drumette, it really was a tiny ass drumstick. It was not cut in such a way as to be a drumette.
