I recently experienced something similar on one of my PCs with an nvidia card (running Fedora Atomic) - turns out it was weirdness with wayland and switching to x11 made it go away.

Greedy fucks, glad I only use credit unions.
Yes. The IRC also goes down for long periods of time, meaning automatic downloads constantly stop working.
“We have to do everything in our power to stop him… except supreme court reform.”
Trump is legit about to have those powers, and the only way to get that to not happen is for Biden to do something first. He will lose the public’s vote if he doesn’t (and he won’t, so he’ll send us straight into the Trump Kingdom). The time to play hardball with these scumbags was long ago, and he’s still using the kid gloves.
The GOP won’t use kid gloves next year.
Good for you, I guess?
The debate isn’t even the issue. It’s the fact that we just got a king and he’s saying that we, the people who voted him in, are the only ones that can stop a dictatorship. We’re not - he literally has all of the power to save democracy and isn’t doing jack but campaign on the fall of the US
There’s another post two posts down that may have the info you’re looking for
Well, that’s up to the DNC. They could put almost any other prominent dem and they’d probably beat Trump. The DNC also has the ability to change the candidate after the election but before the electoral ballots are cast, at least as far as I understand their rules.
Trust, I understand your point. The primaries are over, and that’s where the different candidate should have been chosen. But unfortunately, the whole not knowing any viable alternatives line of thinking is what got the DNC into this mess in the first place.
In another post I challenged them to give one specific thing Biden can/should do to fix this. They couldn’t even come up with one item.
Nice to run into you again, still posting this tired line huh? And you’re lying, because not only did I provide specifics, so did multiple other people (there’s more than just these, I’ve seen a ton). It seems that you might be caught in some sort of personal echo chamber.
Is there a reason you stop responding to people once they provide specifics?
Vote in your local elections, and support (or directly work to pass) election reform laws, particularly related to ditching the electoral college.
Not necessarily saying it’s the alternative, but it’s a start and local elections have larger personal impact most of the time.
So, what happens when he officially declares mar-a-lago a threat to national security and takes it out? Because before this ruling, he could’ve been imprisoned at the very least. But somehow it’s still the same now, even after this ruling? If that’s the case, then why did the Supreme Court even rule?
Yep, should be free unless you want more firewall features!
Maybe nginx does, but cloudflared does not, as far as I know (since it’s an outbound tunnel). I haven’t ever had to open any ports for cloudflared. However, it obviously requires you to use cloudflare.
I’m not sure that it would fix all of your issues, but you could put some stuff behind a reverse proxy and use something like duckdns to setup dynamic dns.
Has the ruling not fully sunk in for you yet? He could legally find a way to do anything now. He could make it legal and override the ucmj. The hired guns (SEALs or mercs), in this hypothetical, would not say no. Especially not from the commander in chief with new dictator-level powers.
Why should I? I’m not the President of the United States who was just granted dictator-level powers.
Name one thing he couldn’t do.
Personally (and since you’re persistent), I think he should declare Mar-a-lago and Trump a threat to national security. Then, he should personally use marine one to liberate the residence.
Is that specific enough for you?
It’s not our job to solve it, he’s the one that was voted in to figure it out. He’s had four years, now has legal power to do just about anything, and came out with this response?
There’s a few ways, but for example you can use a service like cloudflared which comes with its own certs (and then set up WAF rules to only allow your IP), or you could set something up using let’s encrypt via reverse proxy (for example, using Opnsense and the let’s encrypt plugin which actually validates domains that aren’t otherwise exposed to the internet, there by giving you full blown validated SSL).
If you don’t care about validation errors then you can use nginx reverse proxies (locally, not exposing any ports externally) and apply self-signed certs through the proxy regardless of whether or not the software allows SSL config.
