Are we talking about the temperatures the freezer is freezing things down to, or the temperatures the freezer’s components are able to run at? Because those are two very different metrics and if it is the former, then that does not mean that the freezer’s components can handle those temperatures themselves.

Hard to tell without context, but it sounds like you have a lot of things bottled up inside of you that may need 1 to 1 sessions with a therapist. Therapy in general obviously makes you confront the things that you may carry with you, the things you shoved in some dark corner hoping you’d forget them, but that’s of course not how it works. Your group therapy likely scratches those things and pulls on them a little, which is what causes your distress. Crying is not bad though, it’s a good way to let some of those bottled up emotions out.

Have a one on one with your son. He is old enough to understand how bad this would make you feel. It’s completely fine to look after your own well being first and I’m sure you two can find something else to do just on your own.

Yes, it’s blocked pretty much since before I even switched from kbin.social to fedia.io. It does block neither the instance nor the users from there, hence why I have such a huge blocklist of communities. I block them as they pop up on my feed.

This has been discussed with the devs & admins. You’re basically just opening and blocking the domain itself. Look at the threads on that page. They are all .ml leading links, but posted in various other instances that are not actually .ml. So they’re not an accumulation of actual .ml communities and their content, but content that is posted wherever that links towards .ml. It’s like those domain filters on some websites (like Reddit IIRC) that you can click on to get a list of all submissions from that domain, like a news site for example, except only within the realms of the fediverse.
