There’s an instakill bug in Pyramid Song? I’ve played through it 3 times and have never experienced that bug. How does it manifest?

I dunno, I’m a big fan of the Yaiba bike because it makes me feel like I’m Kaneda when I’m cruising Night City. I also drive the Quadra Type-66 “Cthulhu” quite a bit.
