My seven person team completes a stand-up in less than 15 minutes twice a week. Does it provide value? Probably not. Is it fast? Yes.
Oh my brother in Lemmy, I have all the time in the world.
Wearing its victim down through constant negative remarks, cruel pranks, and petty bullying.
It was one of the reasons I went with a Pro. Okay, it wasn’t a significant reason, but I was thinking about it.
I was pretty disappointed when Google’s Find My Network didn’t support UWB on release. Here’s hoping they finally support it if/when they release their own tracker in the fall.
Thank you for acknowledging that comment is inappropriate for a hope thread, regardless of how correct it may be.
Reminds me of that time I almost left the basement
Didn’t the last few Pixel Pros have UWB hardware? Is that enabled yet?
I’m impressed how el Reg fleshed out a pretty sparse story with a bunch of relevant (self) links.

I have a really hard time understanding my feelings. With a couple of romantic partners, I feel myself becoming happier when I’m with them. When they walk into the room, I get a little burst of oxytocin.

I say this as a Canadian who has volunteered as an observer in federal elections. I know Americans have their thing going on, but seriously. Paper ballots all the way.
yes
Pretty sure that’s a plain.
If I was Winnie the Pooh, I’d pay Owl to go under deep cover for years to get control over the switches, or Kanga to make sure the Switch Master is indisposed when a military assault begins, or Eeyore to physically disable the switches before the attack. Winnie the Pooh has lots of options.
In some Canadian municipal elections, you can vote for school board trustees.
Before I had kids, I was too lazy to educate myself on their platforms, so I wouldn’t cast a ballot. I’d rather leave it up to people who care to make the decision.
Now that I have kids and school boards have turned into a culture war battleground, I am researching and voting.
