that they think about that having happened. it’s cut off for comedic purposes, and probably further exaggerated (as in, they randomly remember about it from time to time, not literally think about it every day).
So the general idea is “wow, the AUDACITY of this bitch” as if communicating via “memes” is a chore.
Humans have a way of thinking about awkward things that happened in the past over and over. I know I have a few.
